What is the registration process?

Parents who wish to register their wards to join the Alpha Beta family may do so by following the steps below: 

  • Fill in a registration form and pay a registration fee (Available from administration/ by email. Fee payable on submission)
  • Submit the registration form and fee with the following supporting documents 
  • Birth certificate
  • Weighing card
  • Last 2 terms school reports (if moving from another school)
  • Schedule an entrance examination (or Readiness Assessment for pre-school)
  • Take the entrance examination
  • Have an interview
  • Successful candidates will be given an offer of admission
  • To accept the offer of admission, you will need to pay the admission fee and full-term fee for the first term.

How big are your class sizes?

To ensure that students receive dedicated support and attention, our class sizes are as follows:

  • Pre-school: 8 – 10 per teacher
  • Primary: Approximately 25 per class (Teacher supported by an assistant)
  • Secondary: Approximately 25 per class (Form tutors assigned to each class)

What is the schedule for the school day?

Students are expected to arrive at school on time and be picked up promptly at closing. To promote discipline and punctuality, school gates close at 8 am prompt. Students who arrive late may be denied entry. The school hours for each section are as follows:
Pre-school: 7.30am – 1.30pm (Afterschool programme 2 – 3pm)

Primary school: 7.30am – 2.10pm

Secondary school: 7.30am – 3.30pm

Breaks: Students have 2 breaks each day. The first break is for lunch (a heavy  meal) and the second break is for snacks. Times vary depending on the class.
